Metallic Mosaic

Inspired by the completion of the Community Mosaic Mural Project alongside the Waterloop/Laurel Trail, the Metallic Mosaic activity is a make-and-take print craft. Integral to the success of our mosaic are little pieces of broken mirrors that reflect the sunlight to make the installation sparkle. For your mosaic print, we will have precut pieces of metallic paper in a variety of colours to be assembled with washable glue on a black cardstock base. Make an abstract design or something figurative and watch it sparkle under the festival lights & the moonlight!
